We are a distributor of magazines published outside Japan and carry no inventory of the magazines. Upon receiving your order and payment, we will place the order for you to the publisher, so it might take some time before your first issue reaches you. Your understanding would be appreciated. Also, we deliver magazines only within Japan.
Due to an annual subscription order, we are afraid that we are not able to accept any cancellation before maturity and any refund.

For security reasons, please do not e-mail your credit card number to us. Please write your credit card information on the Order Form and send it to us by post or fax.

We ship to you every single issue of your ordered magazine in an envelope. (We cannot package and send two or more magazines, or a month’s worth of a weekly magazine.) We do not carry any back numbers, and do not sell single copies of magazines.
